But many people gain weight because they can’t control on their diet, they just eat junk foods, fat food and some people have very good diet but they can’t sleep at least 6-8 hours then they will gain weight. But among all of above reason the most common is having too many fats, calories in your diet and not doing exercise or any daily work which can burn the fats.

Take a healthy diet in a day which can satisfy your stomach hunger.

One of the best home remedies for weight loss is doing exercise for at least 30 minutes per day. Walking, skipping, jogging, jumping or any workouts with indoor machine are the excellent ways to burn off the fats in your body.

Use of Apple Cider Vinegar in your drink is also very helpful to reduce your weight. Take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and put in a glass of chilled water and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink this each time before a meal; this will help to reduce your weight.

Take Juice of 25 gm of ginger and adds it into the water, drink this mixture instead of bed tea. This will help to reduce your weight without dieting. This is a simple home remedy for losing weight.

Drink 1-2 glass of water before meal; this will help to reduce your hunger. This way, you will eat less and hence consume fewer calories.

While watching TV, instead of eating junk food, chips, try knitting, whittling or a word-search puzzle. These will keep your hands busy so you won’t miss the snack.

Walk at least 10-minute thrice a day, even just walking in place in front of the television or in the balcony of your house. This will help to burn fat and calorie; this is an exercise which everybody can do.

When you wake up in the morning, take a glass of room temperature water, add a 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and add 1 teaspoon of raw honey then drink. Drink this mixture once every day on an empty stomach.

Avoid too much salt in your diet as it can increase your weight. Try to eat total salt free food once in a week.
