Mint– Mint is beneficial for losing weight. You can intake mint in liberal amount either as salads or in raw form. It is one of the easiest home remedy for obesity.

Honey– Prepare a decoction of lime juice and honey now, fast over this as it is highly beneficial for obesity. To prepare decoction, you need a glass of lukewarm water, mix a lemon juice and ½ tablespoon of honey in it. Drink this at regular basis. One of the simple home remedies for obesity.

Trifala– Trifala is an herbal combination of amalaki, bibbitaki, and haritaki is best home remedy for losing weight.

Jujube– Take some fresh jujube leaves. Soak some of them in water overnight. Next morning strain them and drink that water as a first thing in morning. If you continue this for about whole month then you will see a huge difference in yourself.

Cabbage– Cabbage is known as the wonderful home remedy for obesity. Even some researches say that cabbage has a chemical named tartaric acid which inhibits the conversion of sugar as well as other carbohydrates into fat. So, it plays magnificent role in weight loss. So, if you want to stay slim then you can eat salad on daily basis.

Tomato– Tomato is a wonder herb; you can take 1-2 tomatoes every morning as a replacement of breakfast and continue the process for some months. After some months you will notice that you are now less obese. It is also great preserver of health.

Finger Millet– For obese people finger millet is the best food. It digests slowly and also carbohydrates present in it take longer time to get absorbed. Exercise– Exercise is the best weapon to fight against obesity as it helps to burn calories and if there are no calories so no fat. You can try some simple exercise at home or do aerobics to burn extra fat of body.

Spices-Some spices like Ginger, cinnamon and black pepper helpful in losing weight. You can also use them because it plays significant role in burning fat.
