Take some tamarind leaves and grind them in the food processor and also put rock salt in it and make the fine paste of it by putting some water.
Take this blend of tamarind leaves this will help you to provide relief from stomach pain completely.
Take oil and add asafetida or black salt in it. Apply this oil on the stomach when it is warm.
Massage slightly on the stomach. This is one of the best home remedy to deal with the stomach disorders.
It is also very helpful if you take the mixture of lemon juice, ginger juice and add some sugar in it. This will provides you instant relief from stomach ache.
You can also apply the paste of the ginger, this is also one of the simplest remedy for stomach pain.
You can also drink the juice of radish by adding lemon juice in it. Take this juice after your heavy meal. This helps you in digesting the food.
